Kelley CEO Departures Light retires from fire chiefs Mark Light has retired as CEO and executive director of the $20M-revenue International Association of Fire Chiefs. Light worked at Chantilly, Va-based IAFC for more than 18 years, including the last 12 years in the chief executive role. During Light's tenure, the group's operating budget doubled and staff grew from 32 to 68 employees. Previously, Light was fire chief in Henrico County, Va.
